800 Park Place

The future of the Park Home seems to be a bright one.  After being left vacant for several years, the classic historical structure will finally be renovated.  Work is tentatively scheduled to begin July 15, 2000 with work completed and ready for occupancy as soon as the end of the year.  The renovated building will house four apartments and space for museum exhibitions in addition to being the headquarters for two businesses, Firetree, Ltd. and RegScan, a computer software and electronic publishing firm.  The building will also contain rental space for other area businesses.  The restoration of the Park Home will not only add value to Williamsport's Millionaires Row, but will be the largest renovation of its kind in North Central Pennsylvania. Anthony Visco is the architect coordinating this project and when completed the restored building will be known as 800 Park Place.
